How long have you been playing softball?

9 years.

What is your position?

Short stop.

What do you like most about softball?

I love the excitement that comes from close games and the friendships with your teammates.

What do you like least about softball?

I hate the idea of failure, but I also know that it is a part of the game and there will always be another at bat or play to make.

What are some of your strengths as a player?

My strength would be my quickness and agility on the field and my ability to adjust pitch by pitch.

What do you think you need to improve on as an individual athlete?

Some things I need to improve on are my strength and timing on slower pitching.

What do you think your whole team needs to improve on together?

As a team, I think we could work on giving 100% effort at all times during games, no matter if we are winning or losing.

Why do you like your teammates?

I love how we all play together and how much fun we have just being out there on the field.

How do your teammates make practice fun?

My teammates are loud and are always full of energy, which makes practice fun.

What are your goals for this season?

My goals for this season are to win league again and get my first CIF ring.

How has your coach helped or mentored you so far?

My coach has helped me continue to work hard throughout the high school season.

What do you like about your coaches?

I like how our coaches are just as passionate about the game as us players.

Who is the most difficult team to play against and why?

Now that we are D1, any team in the division is a challenge to face, but as long as we play up to our potential, we can beat any team out there.

What game are you looking most forward to?

The Cal game, because it is always the most exciting and energetic game of the season.

Do you plan on playing in college?

Yes.
